1. General Policy
WhatsFlow operates on a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) subscription model. All users are encouraged to fully explore our features through free trials, demos, or limited-access plans (if available) before making a purchase.
All subscription payments are non-refundable, except in the specific cases described below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
2.1 Technical Issues From Our Side
You may request a refund if:
- A major platform malfunction prevents normal use of the WhatsFlow system.
- Our systems fail to deliver the features promised in the plan you subscribed to.
- Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of your support ticket submission.
Proof, such as screenshots or logs, may be required.
2.2 Duplicate Payments
A full refund will be issued if:
- You were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription.
- Multiple automatic renewals occurred due to a technical glitch.
2.3 Unauthorized Charges
If your account was compromised or a payment was processed without your authorization, WhatsFlow will investigate and may issue a refund once the claim is verified.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for the following:
- Change of mind after purchasing a subscription
- Not using the platform after subscribing
- Inability to use the service due to third-party issues (e.g., your WhatsApp Business API provider, your phone number ban, Meta restrictions)
- Customer-side API misconfigurations
- Failure to read documentation or misuse of features
- Delays caused by hosting, DNS settings, or external server dependencies
Once a subscription period has begun, refunds for partial usage are not available.
4. Subscription Renewals
WhatsFlow subscriptions renew automatically.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger refunds for past payments.
